Phoenix Venture Partners LP Announces Strategic Partnership with Pfizer Inc.

San Mateo, California — March 5, 2012 — Phoenix Venture Partners LLC (PVP) announced today that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Pfizer Inc., through its corporate venture capital arm, Pfizer Venture Investments, which aims to identify breakthrough materials science innovations. Pfizer will join a consortium of global corporations, across diverse industries, with a shared interest in fostering and supporting materials science innovation. Specific terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
